Reporting Forms and Instructions for Clubs

 If you have any reporting questions, please contact the First Vice President at Reporting@gfwcvirginia.org.  See the Dues and Contributions section below.  Reports must be postmarked on or before January 25.

Instructions of all forms are found in the combined reporting instructions file.

Please note: Some forms have both fillable PDF versions and Word versions.

Reports must be postmarked on or before March 15.

Remember to send district dues to your district. 

The postmark deadline is January 25 for dues and April 15 for supplemental dues.

 For General and Junior Clubs: GFWC Dues are $15.00 per member; GFWC Virginia Dues are $10.00 per member; Total Due: $25.00 per member

For Juniorette Clubs: GFWC Dues are $10.00 per member; GFWC Virginia Dues are $2.00 per member; Total Due: $12.00 per member

Submit the appropriate form with your check made payable to "GFWC Virginia"

Indicate number of members on your check. Mail both the form and check to:

The Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Program (HOBY) recognizes and rewards leadership potential in high school sophomores by giving them the opportunity to build their leadership potential during a three-day seminar.
